Bacon Cheeseburger Chicken and 7 up Bread

This is a favorite in my family. I found it through Once a Month Mom . This site was very helpful when I was doing freezer cooking. Several of our monthly rotation recipes will come from them. This site led me to
Bacon Cheeseburger Chicken

7 Up Bread was a Pinterest find. Yummo!! We have a similar recipe that was grandmothers.'s for rolls, but this is simpler. It is easier for an everyday recipe. I will share my grandmother's recipe around Thanksgiving- bake them and you will be the most popular at dinner. But in the meantime- make this...

 My version:
2 C Bisquick
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C 7-up
1/4 C melted butter
Add sour cream into Bisquik and mix together, add 7 Up.  The dough will be very soft and SUPER sticky. Sprinkle additional Bisquick onto the counter, scoop dough onto counter, sprinkle more Bisquick on top of dough and gently pat the dough out to desired thickness (about 1 inch) and into a round shape about 9" in diameter  Use Pizza Cutter or knife to cut biscuits into pizza shaped slices (triangles).    Place melted butter into 9" cake pan. Place slices onto butter keeping the circle shape as intact as possible.  Bake in a 450 oven until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Enjoy~
