The Tuesday Edition of Monday Morning Weigh In

148!!!!!!  I made it!!! The 140's have arrived. I worked very hard this past week. While I did not do Jillian Michael's every day, I did do a much better job of getting a little bit of cardio in everyday. Even if I only had time for a 10 minute sparkpeople.com video. My mamma got a me a 30 day pass to a fitness studio that offers Zumba classes. I heart Zumba!! I went to the first class on Sunday. Kicked my booty. I took a cold shower when I got home, and it helped to minimize the hurty muscles. Still not crazy sore, even today.
On a side note... I recently burned the tar out of my hair with my faulty  flat iron. My bangs are the grossest, coarsest, frizziest mess anyone has ever seen. They stick straight out.

 I might be exaggerating. I don't have a beard. Anywho, I am getting my hair did tonight, hopefully to rid some of the excess burn so I can start fixing my hair like a normal person again. Wish my mom luck.

Here goes another week of eating healthy and now... ZUMBA!!!
